Lock at a certain time (sleep hygiene)and custom manual

Please add a time slot, for example, 10 PM to 6 AM for sleep or focus time enabling

Also, please add custom list or to do items, and if we check them off, we get to unlock or release Screen Time… yes this cannot be objectively checked, but we desperately need this feature… and people who are typically using Fitlock have already been coached to be disciplined… if absolutely accountability has to be incorporated, maybe it can be password locked by a third- person and unlocked when verified by them.
